Bostik's Best

Bostik's Best is a one-part, trowel-applied, moisture-cure, urethane adhesive. Once cured, its superior elastomeric properties provide a tough, flexible, tenacious bond to a variety of surfaces. The elastomeric characteristics of Bostik's Best allow the adhesive to move with wood as it expands and contracts. This scientifically-formulated adhesive is not affected by exposure to moisture or water. Bostik's Best contains no chlorinated solvents or ozone depleting chemicals. It complies with all current state and federal regulations for Volatile Organic Compounds (V.O.C. Compliant). Bostik's Best is currently the number one selling urethane in the hardwood market.

Bostik's TKO™

BOSTIK’S TKO™ is a one-part, trowel applied, moisture-cure urethane adhesive; this advanced scientifically formulated adhesive does NOT contain any water. Once cured, TKO is waterproof and is not adversely affected by exposure to moisture or water; its superior properties provide a tough, flexible, tenacious bond to a variety of surfaces. TKO’S elastomeric characteristics allow the adhesive to move with the wood as it expands and contracts over the life of the floor. TKO is easier to spread, holds a better ridge, and cleans up faster when still wet, than most moisture cure urethane wood flooring adhesives.

BSTurethane™

BST represents a breakthrough technology in urethane.  This product offers the exceptional physical and chemical properties of a urethane, but at a water-based price.  BST is a one-part, trowel-applied, moisture-cure urethane with unsurpassed green strength and ridge holding capabilities.  It trowels easily and, once cured, is not affected by moisture or water.  Because of its superior elongation and bond strength, BST can be used to install solid as well as engineered flooring.

EFA (Engineered Flooring Adhesive)

Bostik® EFA, Engineered Flooring Adhesive, is a high-quality, single-component, moisture-cure urethane adhesive designed for dimensionally stable wood flooring such as engineered wood and 5/16” finger block parquet floor installations. It is specially formulated for high bond strength and flexibility, but when taken up with a pry bar, tears away much easier than any other urethane; a feature that greatly reduces labor charges. EFA contains no water or chlorinated solvents, and will not cup or end lift even the most sensitive hardwood flooring products.

Bostik's Wood Floor Cleaner

Use Bostik's Wood Floor Cleaner everyday to safely clean all types of unwaxed flooring surfaces; finished polyurethane hardwood, laminates, ceramic and stone. It is specifically designed to be used with no need to dilute the packaged product.

Available in 1 gallon containers, 32 oz. spray bottles, tubs of towels, and kits (includes 32 oz. spray bottle of Wood Floor Cleaner, 4'x8' handle, 15" x 5" mop head, and one washable microfiber cloth).

Ultimate Adhesive Remover

Use Bostik's Ultimate Adhesive Remover to remove wet and cured urethane adhesive from the surface of pre-finished (non-wax) wood flooring. Ultimate Adhesive Remover is a readily biodegradable, low-odor, water-rinseable solution. Bostik's Ultimate Urethane Adhesive Remover is available in two formulations: liquid and pre-soaked, ready-to-use towels. PACKAGING: Liquid Formulation, 32-ounce bottle - 12 per case. Ready-To-Use Towels, 60 pre-wet towel container - 6 per case.

Hardwood Repair Kit

This rapid setting, two component polyurethane adhesive, is used to replace floor boards, repair hollow spots, and to install thresholds and mouldings. The adhesive has extremely high bond strength and flexibility, making it the perfect choice when bonding wood to wood, or wood to concrete.

MVP4® Moisture Vapor Protection

MVP4® Moisture Vapor Protection is a one-part, trowel applied, elastomeric, moisture cure urethane membrane designed to 1) reduce moisture vapor transmission from the subfloor; 2) create a noise reduction barrier over the substrate; 3) establish an anti-fracture membrane that can bridge cracks that can occur in the substrate prior to or after installation (up to 1/8"); prior to the installation of engineered and solid hardwood flooring with Bostik’s Best®, BST®, EFA®, Ultra-Set® Hardwood or Fast Tack® adhesives. MVP4 may be used over all substrates common to hardwood flooring installations including: concrete, plywood, particle or chip board (underlayment grade), well bonded vinyl, ceramic tile, cement backer board, cement patch/underlayments, radiant heat flooring, and terrazzo. 4) MVP4 contains Bostik BLOCKADE™ antimicrobial protection which inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold or mildew on the surface of the dried membrane; the dried membrane resists stains caused by mold.

Bostik's EMC

Bostik EMC is a high performance, rapid drying, water-based, penetrating epoxy formulated to dramatically reduce moisture vapor transmission and surface alkalinity from substrates including; “freshly-poured/green concrete,” properly prepared concrete, cement backer board, radiant heat flooring, and cement based terrazzo prior to the installation of carpet; vinyl/VCT; rubber; engineered or solid hardwood; porcelain, marble, granite or ceramic tile floor covering. Bostik EMC is a low odor, non-flammable, two-component system.

SL-150TM Self-Leveling Underlayment

SL-150™ is a high compressive strength, self-leveling, cement-based underlayment used to repair, smooth and level concrete as well as existing ceramic, terrazzo or approved plywood sub-floors prior to the installation of carpet, vinyl, VCT, laminate, solid and engineered hardwood flooring, ceramic or natural stone. SL-150 is suitable for thickness from featheredge to 1” thick; or up to 5” thick when mixed as designed with pea gravel. Use on, above or below grade. Use SL-150 in smaller installations where it may be mixed by hand; or use underlayment pump to quickly cover large jobs.

Fast Patch 102™

Fast Patch 102 is a fast setting, high performance, polymer-modified cement-based compound used to repair holes, cracks, and uneven surfaces from feather edge to 1/2" thick. Mix with water. May require priming with 425 Multi-Purpose Acrylic Latex Admixture.

Natural Cork 
Sound Control Underlayment

1/4" thick rolled cork underlayment provides a sound barrier for all types of tile and stone flooring. Install Natural Cork with a Hydroment mastic. Set tile over the underlayment with a Hydroment latex-modified thin-set mortar. This system offers a single source warranty!

Universal Primer

Universal Primer is designed for use with SL-150™ and SL-155TM  FS Self Leveling Underlayments. Use Universal Primer over concrete, approved plywood substrates; cement backer board, existing ceramic tile, marble, granite, and terrazzo or cut back adhesive residues.

Ultra-Set Advanced

Ultra-Set Advanced™ is a tenacious, one-part, trowel applied, elastomeric waterproofing / crack isolation membrane and setting adhesive. Use Ultra-Set Advanced as a basement waterproofing / crack isolation membrane over properly prepared concrete; structurally-sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; and existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile prior to the installation of ceramic or stone tile. Use Ultra-Set Advanced for basement waterproofing or as a setting adhesive for ceramic and stone materials over properly prepared concrete; structurally-sound, exterior grade plywood (interior/dry use only); cementitious backer board; and existing, well-bonded vinyl/VCT or ceramic tile.
